Procedure
A request is sent to us by the FPS Mobility and Transport. When we receive it, we consult the appropriate OTW.
The OTW sends us its opinion on the file. We are free to follow the advice of the OTW or not.
We then submit our opinion to the FPS, which will issue the authorisation on the basis of this opinion. The opinion is also sent to the AOT as part of the collaboration with them.
