Regarding military equipment, only equipment listed in the Common military list of the European Union can be transported through Wallonia.
To transport weapons or military equipment
- from an EU Member State to a third country outside the EU via Wallonia,
- or from a third country outside the EU to an EU Member State via Wallonia,
you are required to obtain a transit licence.
The transit licence is valid for 18 months.

Complete the form and attach a copy of one of these three documents:
- the export licence from the dispatching country;
- the recipient's end-user certificate (EUC);
- the recipient's import licence.

Processing your application
We will assess your application.
- technical examination of the equipment;
- assessment of the use and end user of the equipment.
If it is approved, we will send you the signed documents by mail or email.
The processing time is not fixed and may vary; it may take a few weeks in some cases.
In addition to the completed and signed form, you must attach a copy of one of these three documents to your application:
- the export licence from the dispatching country;
- the recipient's end-user certificate (EUC);
- the recipient's import licence.

- 22 septembre 2005 - Arrêté du Gouvernement wallon réglementant l'emploi des armes à feu et de leurs munitions en vue de l'exercice de la chasse, ainsi que certains procédés ou techniques de chasse
Option to initiate actions for annulment before the Supreme Administrative Court of Belgium.
