Procedure

Changes in administrative data must be submitted to AVIQ:

  • by post to the attention of the “Directorate of Healthcare Reception and Accommodation” located at 21 Rue de la Rivelaine, 6061 Charleroi;
  • by email to the address: hebergement.sante@aviq.be.
