The waterway must be managed by the Wallonia Public Service Mobility and Infrastructure.
- How to check if the waterway is managed by SPW MI Call 1718 for information.
- Use the WalOnMap application directly. This application shows the routes of the waterways making up Wallonia's hydraulic network (Follow this path: AJOUTER DES DONNEES >> Mobilité >> Voies navigables >> Voies hydrauliques en Région wallonne - Série).
If you notice:
- a issue or problem on a waterway (fallen tree, drifting boat, etc.);
- a fault in signage or street lighting along towpaths or near lock sites;
- a hazard or dangerous situation (collapsed bank, fallen sign, etc.);
- or if you wish to share a suggestion;
We invite you to contact 1718 or send your report to mobilite.infrastructures@spw.wallonie.be (SPW Mobility and Infrastructure user relations unit), who will handle your request and forward it to the relevant department. If you send us an email, please don't hesitate to include a photo and the exact location (GPS coordinates or address) to help us process your report.
