If you are experiencing difficulties paying the tax for which you are liable, you may ask the competent recipient for concessions with payment; this is the only party who is authorised to grant a concession. To do this, you must complete the relevant form online (see below), or send the hard copy to Wallonia’s tax administration before the payment due date, by email fiscalite.wallonie@spw.wallonie.be
Once received, the application will be processed and you will be informed of the decision by post. While you are waiting for the decision, please start with the payment plan as requested.
