Wallonia operates two MTN (Medium Term Note) programmes.
The first programme was concluded with BNP Paribas Fortis bank in 2010.
The second programme was concluded with Belfius Bank in 2015.
Historically, Wallonia used these two programmes for fixed rate, variable rate and / or structured rate loans, with potential underlying hedging structures.
Today, treasury bills are only contracted by use of the MTN programmes.
